Perfect for Any Occasion. You Deserve It.

Blowouts are perfect for a date night, family pictures, or just because.

What Is A Blowout?

A blowout is when your hair is blow-dried and styled with a round brush and finished with hot tools (depending on the style).

There are many different looks you can get with a blowout including straight and sleek, beach waves or curls – to name a few.

Blowouts are the final finish of a haircut. They also can be a stand-alone service. Perfect for an upcoming special occasion, date night, family pictures, or just because. You deserve it.

The Blowout Experience At Lovisa

First you will get your hair shampooed and conditioned. You will receive a hot towel treatment with organic essential oils while the conditioner is on the ends of your hair. This will help you decompress and help hydrate those ends, so they aren’t prone to frizz or become flyways.

When you get back to your seat, your hair will be prepared with the proper products for your hair type and to help your style hold. Then the styling will begin. A few different brushes may be used along with different styling techniques. When everything is completed, you will have the blowout look you desire.

How Long Will A Blowout Last?

It depends on your hair, your stylist, and the products, but blowouts can hold their shape for about 2-5 days. Using correct products can also help hold the style a little longer as well.

The texture of your hair plays a big role in this. More textured hair will typically hold a blowout longer than less bodied or fine hair.

Are Blowouts Bad for Your Hair?

In general, blowouts are not bad for your hair. Hot tools can do more damage and get much hotter than a blow-dryer. The tools and brushes that our stylists use are designed to be the healthiest for your hair.

If your hair is chemically damaged or you have overused hot tools or even used metal brushes while blow drying, all these things can add dryness and brittleness to the hair fiber. Moisturizing and strengthening the hair is needed, which can be found in treatments as well as styling products.

A consultation is always done at the beginning of the service to assess your hair and to discuss your hair goals.
