Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Not showing up for an appointment and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service booked or a $25 fee (whichever is greater). We do our best to accommodate you. Not showing up and same day cancellations do not allow us enough time to fill in that gap. We do understand life happens and we will do our best to work with you.
