Meet the Founder

Bianca Vayna

Bianca started her career in Los Angeles over 20 years ago. Upon completion of an apprenticeship program at the Maurice Azoulay Salon, she went onto become a hair color, balayage artist and extension specialist. Working with some of the premier salons in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, such as Maurice Azoulay Salon, Sager French for Hair and Warren Tricomi.

In addition to working behind the chair, Bianca worked with L’Oréal Professionnel as an Education Development Trainer. She managed education for the region and created and implemented programs for some of the top salons throughout Southern California. In 2012 she returned home to be closer to her family.

Since being back in Cincinnati, Bianca has promptly built a wonderful following. Her California influence of stunning natural looking color, balayage and Highlights keep her a favorite.

Bianca Vayna

Bianca is the founder and lead stylist for Lovisa Salon. She began her career in Los Angeles over 20 years ago, completing an apprenticeship at the Maurice Azoulay Salon before becoming a sought-after color, balayage, and extension specialist at premier Beverly Hills and West Hollywood salons, including Maurice Azoulay Salon, Sager French for Hair, and Warren Tricomi. She also served as an Education Development Trainer for L’Oréal Professionnel, leading salon education programs across Southern California. After returning home to Cincinnati in 2012, Bianca quickly built a loyal following, known for her California-inspired, natural-looking color, balayage, and highlights.

Chelsea Hautman

Chelsea, a Cincinnati native and graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program, brings an artistic eye for shape, texture, and color to her craft. She specializes in blonding, classic cuts, barbering, curly cuts, textured hair, and event styling, including bridal. Chelsea values the connections she shares with her clients and takes pride in creating looks that will elevate your style and brighten your day.

Jen Richard

Jen is a Senior Stylist with a Modern approach. Jen believes every great style begins with a thoughtful consultation. She takes the time to understand your hair history, preferences, and vision before creating a look that feels personal, flattering, and realistic.

Versatile and experienced with all haircuts, types, and textures—from short to long, masculine to feminine—Jen specializes in vivid color, grey blending, and customized styles tailored to your lifestyle.
