Meet the Founder

Bianca Vayna

Bianca started her career in Los Angeles over 20 years ago. Upon completion of an apprenticeship program at the Maurice Azoulay Salon, she went onto become a hair color, balayage artist and extension specialist. Working with some of the premier salons in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, such as Maurice Azoulay Salon, Sager French for Hair and Warren Tricomi.

In addition to working behind the chair, Bianca worked with L’Oréal Professionnel as an Education Development Trainer. She managed education for the region and created and implemented programs for some of the top salons throughout Southern California. In 2012 she returned home to be closer to her family.

Since being back in Cincinnati, Bianca has promptly built a wonderful following. Her California influence of stunning natural looking color, balayage and Highlights keep her a favorite.

Chelsea Hautman

Chelsea Is a native to Cincinnati Ohio. Her background is esteemed in the arts, she studied Ceramics and Sculpture and earned a degree from the DAAP program at the University of Cincinnati. This foundation gives her an artistic approach to shapes, texture, and color which she applies to her craft.
 
Chelsea loves all things hair. She is the queen when it comes to blonding services, short haircuts, barbering skills, curly cuts, bridal hair, and up-styles.
 

She truly enjoys the relationships she builds with her clients and is always there to lend an ear and make the day of any person who sits down in her chair.

Lisa Spagna

Lisa is a native to Northeast Ohio. She came to Cincinnati by way of New York City where she trained and worked for a decade. She has always admired people working in a community and was naturally drawn to the caring side of the hair industry.
 
Lisa has an eye for detail, a love of precision and an East Coast approach to hair; she evokes elegant understated looks for modern day lifestyles. 
 
She enjoys collaboration with clients to create color and styles that feel good and are easy to manage. Lisa’s Motto “live, love and feel great about your hair”
